UEQ understands that responsible environmental management is essential to sustainable business success.
Uranium Equities Limited (UEQ) is a publicly listed Australian company actively exploring for uranium resources and focusing on the development and mining of uranium assets with near term production potential.
To help achieve excellence in environmental performance UEQ will:
- Comply with all environmental laws and regulations as a minimum with best practice environmental management our target;
- Establish programs that ensure environmental impact is minimized;
- Identify and manage all hazards;
- Manage and minimize all waste streams;
- Rehabilitate all land disturbed in its exploration and development activities in consultation with land and pastoral lease owners; and
- Provide training to employees and contractors in environmental responsibilities
Our goal is to preserve the future land use of all our sites through the minimisation of environmental harm.
